SafePackage™ has partnered with the International Post Corporation (IPC) as a Qualified Party to perform U.S. customs duty filing and remittance within IPC’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service. The API interface is fully developed, allowing posts to onboard with this solution. Through this integration, SafePackage™ enables participating posts to accurately calculate, file, and remit U.S. customs duties while maintaining compliance across the global IPC network.

The API allows postal operators to connect their systems directly to SafePackage™ for duty collection. It automates the submission of shipment details, duty amounts, and related customs data for parcels entering the United States, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The File Transfer Solution is designed for operators managing large shipment volumes. It enables secure exchange of shipment and duty data using structured file formats (such as CSV, XML, or EDI), offering a simple and effective alternative to direct API integration.

The Web UI provides a manual option for postal operators who do not integrate via API. Users can upload shipment information, review calculated duties, and submit data for customs clearance directly through the online interface.
